1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Pipedream Studio website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

Pipedream Studio provides creative and branding services including, but not limited to, brand identity design, content creation, copywriting, digital content design, video production, and end-to-end project management. The specific scope of work for each engagement will be outlined in a separate project agreement or statement of work.

3. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, timely feedback on deliverables, and any materials or assets required for the project. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and deliverables.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 15 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in project work being paused until outstanding balances are settled.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Pipedream Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place. All preliminary concepts, drafts, and unused designs remain the property of Pipedream Studio.

6. Revisions and Approvals

The number of revision rounds included in a project will be defined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Client approval of deliverables constitutes acceptance of the work.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the business relationship.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pipedream Studio's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
